FREE TIER:  First 100 pages per calendar month, per account. No card required.
CREDITS:    Prepaid, never expire. Packs: 10,000 pages = $7.50 · 100,000 = $75.00 · 1,000,000 = $750.00
BILLING:    One page = one billed unit. Multipage PDFs billed per page. 402 returned
            (before any processing) when free tier + credits are exhausted.
AUTO-RELOAD: Optional. When balance < threshold, your saved card buys the next pack.
NO:         seats, minimums, platform fees, expiring credits, sales calls.
